About ALA

The Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) currently has 10,000 members and 104 chapters located throughout the United States, Canada, England and New Zealand. The Indiana Chapter has over 75 members.

Membership in ALA provides an opportunity for individuals to keep abreast of industry standards and changes, an outlet by which to take advantage of educational opportunities and also the chance to meet and work with other members of the administrative legal community.

The Association of Legal Administrators' mission is to improve the quality of management in legal services organizations; promote and enhance the competence and professionalism of legal administrators and all members of the management team; and represent professional legal management and managers to the legal community and to the community at large.
